Northern Virginia Family Services —A Manassas-based community organization. NVFS’s programs include shelter, a food distribution center, transitional housing, emergency assistance and life skills education for individuals and families in need.

Medical Missionaries — A volunteer group of more than 200 doctors, nurses, dentists, and others who work to improve the health of the poorest of the poor in the U.S. and world. Medical Missionaries provide medical supplies, medical care, clothing, and food.

On Earth Peace — On Earth Peace is a non-profit organization rooted in the Church of the Brethren. It equips people and communities to work for a peaceful world through religious and educational activities.

Church World Service — Church World Service works with partners in the U.S. and around the world to build interfaith and intercultural coalitions to eradicate hunger and poverty and promote peace and justice.

Brethren Disaster Relief Ministry — A program of the Church of the Brethren which restores hope for the most vulnerable disaster survivors by engaging volunteers to repair and rebuild storm-damaged homes and by providing grants to support the disaster recovery efforts of faith-based partners.

New Community Project — The New Community Project is a faith-based nonprofit organization that believes Christians are called to follow Christ toward a new community of justice, peace, and respect for God’s earth. NCP organizes learning tours to struggling communities across the planet and accepts donations to improve peace, enhance sustainability, strengthen education and end poverty.

Heifer International — Heifer International is a non-profit organization whose goal is to help end world hunger and poverty through self-reliance & sustainability.

SERRV International — SERRV is a nonprofit organization with a mission to eradicate poverty wherever it resides by providing opportunity and support to artisans and farmers worldwide.
